상금 규정
1. 상금은 대한민국 세법에 따라 원천징수 후 지급됩니다. 외국인의 경우 관련 조세조약 적용 여부에 따라 원천징수율이 달라질 수 있으며, 조세조약 적용을 원하는 경우 주최 측이 요구하는 서류를 기한 내 제출하여야 합니다. 서류 미제출 또는 요건 미충족 시 대한민국 세법에 따른 일반 원천징수율이 적용됩니다.
2. 동점자가 발생할 경우, 해당 순위와 차순위의 상금을 합산하여 동점자에게 균등하게 배분합니다. 이 경우 차순위 상은 별도로 수여하지 않습니다.
3. 심사위원회는 심사 결과에 따라 일부 상을 선정하지 않거나 수여하지 않을 수 있습니다.
Prize Regulations
1. All prize money will be paid after deduction of taxes in accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of Korea. For non-residents, the applicable withholding tax rate may vary in accordance with relevant tax treaties. Any winner wishing to claim the benefits of a tax treaty must submit the required documentation within the designated period. In the absence of such documentation or if eligibility requirements are not met, the standard withholding tax rate under Korean tax law shall apply.
2. In the event of a tie, the prize money for the tied position and the next position will be combined and divided equally among the tied winners. In such case, the next prize will not be awarded.
3. The Jury reserves the right not to award any prize based on its final decision.
policy on Awards in both divisions/ 중복 수상시 규정
Each division is evaluated independently.
If a participant receives awards in both divisions, only the result from the higher division will be recognized, and the award in the lower division will be reassigned to the next eligible participant.
각 부문은 독립적으로 평가됩니다.
동일 참가자가 복수 부문에서 입상할 경우, 상위 부문의 결과만 인정되며, 하위 부문의 수상은 차순위 참가자에게 이월됩니다.
